University or master's degree students pursuing doctoral degrees, and their research fields are related to communications, networking, software, multimedia, chip architecture, and circuit design.

Eligibility

Senior or master one or two students have been qualified for doctoral studies and will participate in the MediaTek Innovation Research Center program. Letters of completion for other companies or foundation scholarships and full-time or part-time (paid) work outside of their academic research fields in public and private institutions. .

Quotas and amounts

Each school year has a maximum of 8 students (excluding the winners), and each winner can receive a scholarship of NT $ 30,000 per month, with a maximum of four years of sponsorship. It can be extended for one year if necessary.

application time

The application will be announced before January each year, and the application deadline will be June 30 of the same year. (The Center will close the application papers for a preliminary review one week in advance.)

Check

After reviewing the applicant's information by the directors of the centers, four to six candidates are recommended to the Association by June 30 each year.

Scholarship award

The list of winners is announced every August, and scholarships are awarded monthly starting in September.

Obligations and restrictions

The prize-winning students must submit a research report before June 30 of the following year. The Association has the right to decide whether to continue to sponsor scholarships in the next year based on the results of the annual review.
